Still Some Hope for 2021.  In this episode we talk about some of the chances you still have to get your hands on the tag of a lifetime. There are still a few open raffles that provide incredible opportunities to the tag holders. These include the Wyoming Super Tags and The Nevada Dream Tags. We talk with a winner from last year who killed a giant ram in Nevada and also chat with Jack Robb of Nevada Wildlife.

Point Creep and What to Do if You Didn't Draw. In this episode we talk about the point creep we saw in a lot of the West and especially in the Colorado draw. We also talk about upcoming deadlines for the remaining western states. We talk with the Nevada Silver State Mule Deer Tag Winner about his 1 in 10,000 odds and then call a past Epic Hunt winner that just came home from his successful Brown bear hunt in Alaska with a 10 foot bear. In this special 200th episode of The Epic Outdoors Podcast we call some of our friends who have taken some incredible bucks over 200" in hopes of learning something from each of them. These type of bucks are incredibly rare. Making it happen takes a lot of dedication, hard work, and usually plenty of luck. We learned that usually luck is something we have to earn. Every year we take hundreds of calls on Colorado Mule deer applications and in this episode we'll share a lot of our thoughts on the subject. Which units do we feel have better genetics, and which ones we feel could benefit from tag cuts. This is how we see Colorado's Mule deer units.

Hunting Colorado with Mike Duplan. In this episode we get to sit down in the studio with Mike Duplan, co-author of "The Edge" a book about hunting mountain mule deer. Mike is a longtime Colorado resident and has deep experience hunting in the state. Our conversation focuses primarily on hunting big mule deer but we also talk about sheep, elk, and moose as Mike has dedicated a lot of time to each of those species. We discuss how we see Colorado wildlife and wildlife management currently and in the future.

He sent us a letter and a hat to let us know that there are a few out there. Although we may not agree on politics we do agree that we love hunting and we're excited to start applying for tags in 2021.

Trail Cam Ban in Arizona. In this episode we discuss the proposed trail camera ban in the state of Arizona. We also call Arizona outfitter John Adams of HPO to get his views on the proposed ban and how it could affect hunters and outfitter in the state depending on how the law is implemented.
