EP 180: Alaska Moose Drop Camp Hunt, Wyatt and Devin Report. In this episode of the epic outdoors podcast Wyatt and Devin tell us about their recent trip to Alaska on a Drop Camp Moose hunt with Dillinger River Outfitters. It was a unique experience with a lot learned and well worth the trip. Along with both harvesting great bulls Devin was also able to tag a Wolf. A 185" Dall Sheep with Dan Montgomery and Hank Flatow. In this episode we talk with Dan Montgomery and Hank Flatow of Alaska Trophy Adventures who just guided hunter, Louis Breland to a true giant of a Dall Sheep. This ram is 11 1/2 years old and has a green gross score of 185 2/8" and a Net score of 184 4/8"  The ram had incredible bases that measured at 15 2/8" It is truly remarkable in a Dall Sheep to have that kind of mass. We enjoy hearing the story of the hunt and how it all played out.

Brendan Burns of KUIU. In this episode we talk with, Brendan Burns, Chief Hunting Officer of KUIU. Brendan tells us a little more about the new Valo pattern from KUIU as well as what 2020 is looking like for him. We also hear about the sheep transplant on Antelope Island that was privately funded by KUIU a few of its donors. Brand new from Swarovski, the NL Pure with Colby Kroff. In this episode of the epic outdoors podcast we sit down with Swarovski Southwest Territory Sales Rep, Colby Kroff to talk about the all new NL Pure binocular series. We were able to test out the binocular in the office and have a conversation about the new technology in the NL Pure. Were extremely excited to see the 10 and 12 power models as well. We were blown away with the clarity and field of view from the 8 power model. We cant wait to get these in the field on a hunt.

Living for Giant Mule Deer with Greg Krogh. In this episode of the Epic Outdoors Podcast we talk with outfitter, Greg Krogh. Greg has owned and operated Mogollon Rim Outfitters since 1985. Mogollon Rim Outfitters specializes in Mule Deer and Elk in Nevada and Arizona. After a lifetime of guiding hunters to great mule deer Greg was able to draw his own Arizona Strip Mule Deer tag. Greg tells us the story of the hunt and how he ended up with a 235" buck in his hands. We also talk about Mule Deer in general, behavior, growth, tactics etc.
